Martin Sludds hoisting Irish PGA Championship trophy
Ocean Ridge Plantation is pleased to announce the opening of the Nick Bradley Golf Academy, providing onsite, world-class golf instruction to both residents and the golfing public.
Nick has worked with several European and PGA tour professionals, including Justin Rose, Kevin Chappell, Brad Faxon, and Denis O'Sullivan. Nick is partnering with one of his longtime clients and winner of the 1993 Irish PGA Championship, Martin Sludds, to operate the new school. Sludds gave Bradley his first golf lesson when Bradley was 16, and Bradley later caddied for Sludds in several tour events. Sludds will be the full-time instructor while Bradley splits time between the academy and instruction on the road.
Martin's philosophy of golf is very simple: to give excellent service to his students. Whether you are an absolute beginner or an advanced player, he can help you play better golf and reach your goals.
He believes that personal attention and individual instruction are essential to maximize your learning experience. He tailors the instruction to the unique and varied needs of the student, by taking into account your skill level, personality type, availability of time, and goals, which allows you to progress at your own pace.
Because he believes that consistent ball striking is the result of knowledge and precise practice habits, he covers all aspects of the game - from driving through putting - giving the student drills and thought patterns to expedite the learning process. By doing this, he expects and receives excellent results from each session.
